Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log in to your customer account at https://account.oldboyhobby.com and submit a return or cancellation request. If you checked out with a phone number only (no email), use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead. You can also contact us at howdy@oldboyhobby.com with any questions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at howdy@oldboyhobby.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a request through your customer account at https://account.oldboyhobby.com. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the link in your SMS order confirmation. Withdrawal requests require two-step confirmation, and you will receive an automatic confirmation once submitted.
Returning items: You must return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds: We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned items, to your original payment method. We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost — if you selected a more expensive shipping option, only the standard rate will be refunded.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exemptions: Custom or personalized items, sealed goods opened after delivery, and sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Refunds (General)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at howdy@oldboyhobby.com.
